Today sees the formation of a new entrant in the Automotive Retail Solutions arena. Motiveauto^© Limited have emerged from the Reynolds & Reynolds organisation, as a result of a Management Buy-Out led by R&R’s former Managing Director of Northern Europe, Andy Sant.

Motiveauto will focus exclusively on offering solutions to franchised car and truck dealers, national sales companies and closely-related business operations, for example parts distribution. Based in the UK, their growth plans extend to the EU, Middle East and Far East.

The MBO provided Motiveauto with existing contracts implementing SAP^© for two major clients. Former R&R staff have transferred to Motiveauto.
