motiveAuto trainers achieve TPMA certification

motiveAuto is delighted to announce that four members of its professional services team have now been certified as TPMA assessors by the Institute of IT Training (IITT) .

Following a rigorous three day programme with the Institute of IT Training (IITT), Tahir Zubair, David Levey, Stewart Dawes and Adrian Ince have each been trained and approved to assess the TPMA qualification on it’s behalf, empowering us to carry out objective and measurable trainer assessments.

The implementation of the TPMA service confirms that our assessors are familiar with accepted training delivery methodologies and that they have an understanding and competence in conducting live assessments, being able to provide face-to-face feedback after assessment in a constructive and sensitive manner.

TPMA (Trainer Performance, Monitoring & Assessment) combines Government, BCS (ACTT) and IITT standards to create a best of breed, national standard for trainers, tutors and teachers, leading to the BCS/IITT Certified Training Practitioner award. TPMA assessment provides the foundation for the National Level 3-4 Award for Teachers and Trainers – Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector (PTLLS).

This monitoring and assessment service, which is authorised, governed and monitored by both the IITT and leading awarding body Oxford Cambridge & RSA Examinations (OCR), is a record of the training professional’s quality of performance in a live environment aligned to National Standards – a real quality benchmark of a trainer!
