Adrian has spent the majority of his working life implementing ERP solutions across a wide range of industries, including healthcare, light and heavy engineering, vehicle manufacture, food, service industries and of course automotive retail.

Initially employed as an application consultant, he has also delivered training, created technical and software support teams, and project managed over thirty ERP implementations.

Adrian has six years experience of delivering SAP, and has led eight full implementation projects, six upgrades / technology refreshes, and eight enhancement projects. He joined our team as Operations Manager in 2005, and led the Management Buy-Out from Reynolds & Reynolds which created motiveAuto.

Adrian is married with three children.
