motiveAuto trainers achieve TPMA certification

Wednesday, February 4th, 2009

motiveAuto is delighted to announce that four members of its professional services team have now been certified as TPMA assessors by the Institute of IT Training (IITT) .

Following a rigorous three day programme with the Institute of IT Training (IITT), Tahir Zubair, David Levey, Stewart Dawes and Adrian Ince have each been trained and approved to assess the TPMA qualification on it’s behalf, empowering us to carry out objective and measurable trainer assessments.

The implementation of the TPMA service confirms that our assessors are familiar with accepted training delivery methodologies and that they have an understanding and competence in conducting live assessments, being able to provide face-to-face feedback after assessment in a constructive and sensitive manner.

TPMA (Trainer Performance, Monitoring & Assessment) combines Government, BCS (ACTT) and IITT standards to create a best of breed, national standard for trainers, tutors and teachers, leading to the BCS/IITT Certified Training Practitioner award. TPMA assessment provides the foundation for the National Level 3-4 Award for Teachers and Trainers – Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector (PTLLS).

This monitoring and assessment service, which is authorised, governed and monitored by both the IITT and leading awarding body Oxford Cambridge & RSA Examinations (OCR), is a record of the training professional’s quality of performance in a live environment aligned to National Standards – a real quality benchmark of a trainer!

Introducing Motiveauto Limited

Monday, October 1st, 2007

Today sees the formation of a new entrant in the Automotive Retail Solutions arena. Motiveauto© Limited have emerged from the Reynolds & Reynolds organisation, as a result of a Management Buy-Out led by R&R’s former Managing Director of Northern Europe, Andy Sant.

Motiveauto will focus exclusively on offering solutions to franchised car and truck dealers, national sales companies and closely-related business operations, for example parts distribution. Based in the UK, their growth plans extend to the EU, Middle East and Far East.

The MBO provided Motiveauto with existing contracts implementing SAP© for two major clients. Former R&R staff have transferred to Motiveauto.

Commenting on the transaction, Motiveauto MD Adrian Ince said “The opportunities for SAP solutions in this market are well-known, and commented on by all the recognised experts. With our capability based on 4 years experience implementing SAP in dealer groups, we are way ahead of the emerging providers. Our consultants have many years of experience with dealer systems in franchise operations, and this is coupled with our deep knowledge of how and where to apply the power of SAP’s solutions in this market.”
